What is hypnosis and why you do not have to be afraid?
Hypnosis is a natural state of the mind, like when you are daydreaming or when you are deeply absorbed watching a movie. This is the Alpha brain state. When the conscious mind (thinking mind) floats away. You will be in a deeply relaxed state and open to positive suggestions, completely tailored to your needs to allow you to overcome your issue. You will not be asleep. You are in complete control and are aware of what you are saying and doing at all times. The non-analytical portion of the brain will be focused. You can not be made to do anything that is against your will.
What if I don’t know what to say?
In session I talk directly with your subconscious brain. I access, locate and formulate how, when and where you acquired this issue. Your brilliant mind knows the answers to all my questions. After the causes are identified, I release and then re-program new, empowering patterns of thought, enhanced by listening to your daily recording.
How many sessions will I need?
RTT is not the kind of therapy where you spend months or years slowly going through and healing your traumas. If you want to eliminate what is holding you back in a matter of 1-3 sessions, RTT is the best option. Some issues can be resolved in 1 session, more deep-rooted issues may take up to 3 sessions. During the session your mind is imprinted with positive suggestions that help you as well as me, get fast and lasting results.
What if I need to cancel my scheduled RTT session?
If you need to reschedule your RTT session, please inform me about it at least 48 hours in advance. Late notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
How much is it?

What will I need for an online RTT session?
You will need access to a device where you can access a camera and use Zoom/WhatsApp or Messenger. A good Wi-fi or internet connection is essential. You will need to find somewhere comfortable where you will not be interrupted during your session.
